How do we work?

RGE Consulting's key emphasis is on programme design, supporting programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building for Clients. Projects/assignments are managed by the CEO of RGE Consulting, Joint Venture Partners or Senior Consultants, and are conducted by sub-contracted experts in their respective fields.

One of the core values of the provision of services to clients is to build as much capacity as possible among the client’s programme staff, as the project unfolds, through provision of information, coaching and mentorship. Follow up mentorship is provided as an additional contract at the client’s request. Skills transfer during an assignment can benefit the client immensely since it ensures project sustainability once the consultants have completed the assignment, allowing the client’s staff to continue with their programmes unabated.
