RGE's Consultant Database

RGE Consulting has expanded its database of Associates and Consultants. From mid-2010, we will be able to offer services, or make referrals to other companies, on assignments relating to Human Resources Management and Development; Skills Development Facilitation; Workplace Skills Plans; Knowledge Management; Monitoring and Evaluation; and Financial Management.

Mkhuseli Ngoma

Mkhuseli Ngoma is an Environmental Health specialist, with a B Tech Degree in Environmental Health, and 20 years' experience, much of which has been in provincial and local government. He is currently the owner of Phuhlisa Projects.

Louis Winnaar

Louis Winnaar

Louis Winnaar has a National Higher Diploma in Public Administration, and has more than 25 years' experience in procurement policy and planning, budgeting, and salary administration. Training on these aspects has come to be his passion.

Kulukhazi Madikizela

Kulukhazi Madikizela

Kulukhazi Madikizela has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and has spent most of her working life doing counselling and research. This includes supervising research for the Human Sciences Research Council, counselling People living with HIV & AIDS, and supervising an ARV rollout programme in the Eastern Cape Province. She is currently a Career Counsellor.

Melikhaya Mafu

Melikhaya Mafu

Melikhaya Mafu has a Higher Diploma in Education, and an Honours Degree in HIV & AIDS Management. He currently managed an ARV treatment programme for ICAP, and is passionate about training on HIV & AIDS and ARVs. 

Sarieta Maasdorp

Sarieta Maasdorp

Sarieta Maasdorp has Diplomas in Labour Law and Public Sector Accounting. She has been engaged in Financial Management and Accounting since 1988, and is currently a Senior Consultant at Moore Stephens, involved in Project Management. Sarieta says she would have a passion for any assignment where she feels she can make a positive difference.

Jacqueline Ndove

Jacqueline Ndove

Jacqueline Ndove hails from Zimbabwe but has made the Eastern Cape her home since she started her studies, now complete, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science. Jacqueline has skills in counselling and data collection and analysis, and would like to have assignments working at community level. Apart from her home language, she is fluent in English and isiXhosa.

Indira Kondleka

Indira Kondleka

Indira Kondleka has a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with majors in Economics and Psychology. She has spent much of her time in HR Administration and HR Management arenas, and has also been involved in skills development programming, through the development of Workplace Skills Plans for clients. Her key passion is skills development in the HR arena.
